Weaving Capability

Diverse weaving capability with Rapier, Airjet , Ruti-c, Symmco and Power-looms weaving machines in multiple widths from 100cms to 340 cms along with more than 400 inhouse and outsourced Rapier, Airjet , Ruti-c, Symmco and Power-looms producing in excess of 18million meters of fabric per annum. Multi-width weaving for widths from 30” to 132” wide with both options of Tuck-in selvedge and Leno/Fringe Selvedge.

Manufacture

We can manufacture fabric on Airjet machines from 100cms to 340 cms to meet requirement of poplin and bed sheet quality buyers. Facility to manufacture Duck , Drill, Canvas and other industrial qualities on Ruti-c looms from 80 cms to 220 cms. Facility to manufacture 100/2 x 100/ 2 quality and other Butta and shirting qualities on syymco looms. Facility for Roll to Roll inspection with four point checking system that matches all international checking standard.

ITEMA – R 9000 rapier machines with Double Pick insertion, Lycra attachments, name writer Jaquard in 190cms & 220 cms width suitable for manufacturing finest quality of shirting fabric. Facility of name writer jacquard for specific customer who require their own branding on fabric. Enriched by the advanced infrastructural setup and strict quality policy, we have been able to churn our world class Textile.
